Refund Policy for Visa Services

At Apply Tourism, we strive to provide efficient and effective visa services to all our customers. However, due to the nature of visa applications and the associated costs involved, we have outlined our refund policy as follows:

40% Deduction for Cancellations Within 24 Hours

If you cancel your visa application within 24 hours of placing the order, a 40% deduction will be applied to cover initial processing and payment gateway fees.

60% Deduction for Cancellations After 24 Hours (Visa Processing in Progress)

If you cancel your visa application after 24 hours and your visa is already in the processing stage, a 60% deduction will be applied.

No Refund for Visas Processed and Under Immigration Approval

If your visa has already been processed and is under approval with immigration, no refund will be provided. and we will provide proof of application submitted because in this case Visa fee is paid so no Refund.

No Refund for Rejected Visa Applications

If your visa application is rejected by immigration authorities, the visa fee is non-refundable.

30% Deduction for Undeliverable Visas Due to Denial or Country-Specific Rules or Non Eligible From Immigration

If your visa cannot be delivered due to denial or specific country rules, a 30% deduction Plus Gateway Fee will be applied, and the remainder will be refunded.
